Mission
We are an organization that offers meaningful and developing activities for people with disabilities. Daily operations are a changing environment where we constantly develop based on the participants' needs. We are now looking for an engaged activity supervisor who wants to become an important part of our team. In this role, you will support participants in their daily activities and provide active support where needed. You will work creatively and solution-focused to design and implement activities tailored to each individual's needs, conditions, and interests. Together with the team, you will follow up on participants' goals and ensure continuous development. The work also includes documentation and the establishment of implementation plans.

Competence
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary educational background, preferably in the field of disabilities. If you are a trained support pedagogue, this is an advantage. You also have experience working in daily operations or similar areas. You have worked with adults within LSS and feel comfortable meeting this target group. You also have experience with low-arousal approaches and clear pedagogical methods. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required for the position. You also have a B driver's license, which is necessary as there is a bus in the operation used for transport when needed.

As a person, you are flexible, creative, and solution-oriented, and you have a strong commitment to creating a meaningful and developing everyday life for the participants in our organization. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Our organization is growing, and we need to organize ourselves to meet our target groups. If you have knowledge of the Supported Employment method, we see it as an advantage. If you have experience with individual placements, relocated daily operations, or similar, we consider it a significant plus. If you also have an interest or knowledge in digitalization, drama/theater, or anything else that can contribute to the organization, we see it as an advantage.

Working hours/duration
Permanent full-time employment. Monday to Friday during daytime. Start date by agreement.
